Monday, June 16: Scholarship Awards Night
- By Invitation only (recipients and their families will be contacted to attend this event).
- We are very limited on seating so are asking staff not to attend unless invited as part of a student’s group.
- 7:00pm-8:30pm
Tuesday, June 17: Elementary School visits
- Grads will be called out of class around 8:45am to board busses.
- Students will be bussed to the following schools:
- 9:00am – Leave MSS
- 9:15am – Arrive at NC
- 9:25am – Depart NC
- 9:30am – Arrive at LNB school
- 9:40am – Depart LNB school
- 9:55am – Arrive at Bench
- 10:05am – Depart Bench
- 10:10am – Arrive at DV
- 10:20am – Depart DV
- 10:25am – Arrive at CEN
- 10:35am – Depart CEN
- 10:40am – Arrive at CV
- 10:50am – Depart CV
- 11:00am – Arrive MSS
- Grads will do a walk-through of MSS starting in the Science Wing and making their way down the main hall, past the FIM classes and then out the main entrance. An announcement will be made when they are close so that students can be in the hallways to celebrate the grads. Teachers, please ask your class to line against the wall/lockers to allow space for the grads to make their way.
Wednesday, June 18: Rehearsal
- Grads meet at Nicola Valley Memorial Arena at 1:45 pm.
Thursday, June 19: Graduation Ceremony
Grads meet at Nicola Valley Memorial Arena at 1:45 pm.
Saturday, June 21: Grad Parade and Prom
