Please fill out the attached document “Grad Gown Sizing Form 2025” and return the form to Mrs. McGowan in the MSS library or email to . There will be paper copies of the form available in the MSS library as well if needed. Check off the size that corresponds to your height and fill in your preferred name(s) that you will want on your graduation participation certificate and to be announced at the graduation ceremony. Note that this certificate is the one provided by the school stating that you participated in the graduation ceremony, your official Ministry Diploma that will have your full legal name on it will be mailed to you in September if you have completed all the Ministry graduation requirements.

Completed forms are due January 31, 2025.
Graduates that are choosing to NOT participate in the graduation ceremony or will be attending another school at graduation time (ex. Merritt Centennial player), please inform Mrs. McGowan ASAP. Those that are not participating, do NOT fill out the attached form.
If you haven’t received your grad photo proof yet via email and/or postal mail or have any questions about your photos, please contact Lifetouch’s costumer service at 1-888-676-1647. Note that Grad photo retakes will be March 3-5, 2025.
Grad fees are $225 (+ any outstanding fees: lost library books, student activity fees, lost textbooks, unpaid athletic fees etc.). Fees can be paid in person via cash or cheque payable to Merritt Secondary School or can be e-transferred to . When using e-transfer, indicate in the message box the student’s first and last name grad fees. If you would like to make installments for payment, plan with Angela Russell (MSS Accounts Manager) or call 250-315-1121. Grad fees and any other outstanding fees are to be paid by May 16, 2025. Any questions regarding grad fees can be directed to David Anderson or Crystal Ward-McGowan . **Graduates that are doing peer supervision regularly will use their funds to pay for their grad fees.
